Training programs build your team's skills in facilitated sessions. Develop builds and maintains the actual systems: data pipelines, AI applications, custom GenAI tools, and the governance layer around them. Many clients combine both, training the team while we build the infrastructure.
Do we need to start with a big project?

No. Most clients start with Use Case Discovery or an AI & Data Audit, short, fixed-price engagements that tell you exactly what is worth building before you commit to development.
Where does the work happen and who owns the result?
